10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to pass the identity verification (KYC) check within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from law enforcement authorities
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bmi123 support team. Any legitimate remaining balance in your account will be returned once all security checks are completed, within 3 to 7 business days.

11 Liability Limit
